صحافيون ومؤسسات إعلامية ينددون باعتقال الصحفية حنين قواريق
أصدر عدد من الصحفيين والمؤسسات الإعلامية بيانًا يندد باعتقال الصحفية الفلسطينية حنين قواريق، مراسلة صحيفة فلسطين بوست والعاملة في مؤسسة صدى نيوز، والتي اعتُقلت صباح اليوم على يد قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي أثناء توجهها من رام الله إلى نابلس لتغطية فعالية إعلامية.
وأكد البيان، ووفقًا لآخر المعلومات الصادرة عن نادي الأسير الفلسطيني، أن الصحفية لا تزال محتجزة في مركز شرطة مستوطنة “أريئيل” الإسرائيلية، دون توجيه تهم واضحة لها أو السماح لها بالتواصل مع محامٍ حتى لحظة إصدار البيان.
وأوضح البيان أن اعتقال الصحفيين الفلسطينيين وتقييد حرية العمل الصحفي يمثلان انتهاكًا صارخًا للقانون الدولي، لا سيما المادة (19) من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، التي تكفل حرية التعبير وتداول المعلومات. ويأتي هذا الاعتقال في سياق ممارسات ممنهجة تستهدف الأصوات الحرة وتعيق نقل الحقيقة من الميدان.
كما دعا الصحفيون، في بيانهم، المؤسسات الإعلامية المحلية والدولية إلى رفع الصوت عاليًا للمطالبة بالإفراج الفوري عن الصحفية حنين قواريق، وضمان حقها في ممارسة عملها دون تهديد أو ترهيب.
ويُذكر أن الصحفية الفلسطينية حنين قواريق تعمل في مجال الصحافة وتدقيق المعلومات، وقد شاركت في العديد من المؤتمرات الصحفية على المستويين المحلي والدولي

Calls for the Immediate Release of Journalist Haneen Qawareeq
Media and human rights organizations strongly condemn the arrest of Palestinian journalist Haneen Qawareeq, a correspondent for Palestine Post and employee at Sada News, who was detained this morning by Israeli forces while on her way from Ramallah to Nablus to cover a media event.
Haneen, 23 years old, remains in custody at the Israeli police station in the “Ariel” settlement, according to the latest information from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club. She has not been formally charged, nor has she been allowed access to legal counsel at the time this statement was issued.
The arrest of Palestinian journalists and the restriction of journalistic work are violations of international law, particularly Article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which guarantees freedom of expression and access to information. This arrest is part of a systematic pattern aimed at silencing free voices and obstructing the reporting of truth from the ground.
We call on all media institutions, both local and international, to raise their voices and demand the immediate release of journalist Haneen Qawareeq, and to ensure her right to work without threat or intimidation. We also urge the international community to pressure the occupying power to stop targeting Palestinian journalists and to uphold freedom of the press in the occupied Palestinian territories.

Appel urgent à la libération immédiate de la journaliste Haneen Qawareeq
Nous, journalistes, défenseur·es des droits humains et militant·es , dénonçons avec la plus grande fermeté l’arrestation de notre consœurs la journaliste palestinienne Haneen Qawareeq, correspondante du journal Palestine Post et membre de l’agence Sada News, arrêtée ce matin par les forces d’occupation israéliennes alors qu’elle se rendait de Ramallah à Nablus pour couvrir un événement médiatique.
Haneen, âgée de 23 ans, est toujours détenue, selon les dernières informations publiées par le Club des prisonniers palestiniens. Elle serait incarcérée dans un poste de police situé dans la colonie israélienne d’Ariel, sans qu’aucune accusation claire ne lui ait été notifiée, ni qu’elle ait pu contacter un·e avocat·e jusqu’à l’heure de la rédaction de ce communiqué.
L’arrestation de journalistes palestinien·nes et les restrictions systématiques à la liberté de la presse constituent une violation flagrante du droit international, notamment de l’article 19 du Pacte international relatif aux droits civils et politiques, qui garantit la liberté d’expression et d’accès à l’information. Cet acte s’inscrit dans une politique répressive plus large visant à faire taire les voix libres et à empêcher la transmission des réalités du terrain.
Nous appelons l’ensemble des institutions médiatiques, tant locales qu’internationales, à se mobiliser pour exiger la libération immédiate de Haneen Qawareeq et la garantie de son droit à exercer son métier sans menace ni intimidation. Nous demandons également à la communauté internationale de faire pression sur les autorités d’occupation afin de mettre fin à la persécution des journalistes palestinien·nes et de respecter la liberté de la presse dans les territoires palestiniens occupés.
